Kinder Kitchen is a plant-based kindergarten kitchen & café in London Bermondsey. Offsea turned an abandoned hair salon into a sociable and inclusive café/kitchen. A pastel colour pallet turns an unimaginative space into a fun, yet calming spatial atmosphere. An arched space divider acts as doorway, food hatch, prep area, storage space and light-giver, finished with rose and pistachio linoleum, a carbon neutral durable material. Ribbed glass brings additional daylight into the kitchen. Where possible, materials where salvaged or repurposed.
