This publication is a result of the EFAP-Congress in Hamburg on new Urban Spaces  in which Anuschka Kutz was a panel member in a debate with the theme 'Migrant Milieus and Parallel Societies'. The panel was chaired by Joseph Hanimann, Author and Feuilleton-Correspondent of the 'Frankfurter Allgemeinen Zeitung' in Paris. Panel members were Diego Barajas, Gilles Duhem, Anuschka Kutz, Rolf Lindner and Stefan Rettich.
